My conclusion: Management is the most noble of professi*** if it's practiced well.

Frederick Herzberg: The powerful motivation in our lives isn't money, it is the opportunity to learn, grow in resp***ibilities, contribute to others,and be recoginized for achievements.

Culture defines the priority given to different types of problems. It can be a powerful management tool.

Parents... had begun working with their children at a very young age to build a culture at home in which children instinctively behave respectfully towards on another,..., and chose the right thing to do.
